Adam was exceptional and attended to my needs. He assessed me first and told me what was wrong before I even said anything and that told me that he knew what he was talking about. I did the wet hijaamah and he also clicked parts of my waist, neck and scalp back into place and overall I came out feeling very relaxed and as if a weight came off me. What I didn’t expect was quranic verses being recited during the Hijaamah and this is something I wanted as it ties in well with the purpose of it, and the Sunnah. Truly exceptional and a place that brings science, fitness and sunnah together.
